Classes held at Jeff Speakman's Kenpo Karate are fun, challenging, and self-fulfilling. You will leave every class with new knowledge, better understanding, and sweating! Have fun and get fit with our amazing classes.

Programs:
Kenpo Kids Program (ages 6-12):
Our Kid’s Program will get your child in the best shape of their young lives. We’ll increase their flexibility, strengthen and tone their muscles and give them greater endurance. All while they are having fun and learning valuable life skills that will carry over into becoming successful adults. We work with families to instill a non-quitting spirit in kids and help them become Champions in life!
Kids who train in the Martial Arts become more assertive and less aggressive. Just like adults, if they have a healthy outlet for their energy, they will let go of stress and frustrations. Watch the level of energy our kids exert in a class and you’ll understand why they sleep well at night. Kids with a high level of self-confidence are also better able to deal with negative peer pressure and “Say No” to dangerous situations and threatening adults.
Adult/Teen Program (ages 13+):
Unlike other workout alternatives available to adults, Jeff Speakman’s Kenpo Karate offers a workout that includes all primary aspects of physical conditioning-Strength Development, Cardiopulmonary Conditioning and Flexibility Training.
Our core curriculum includes high-energy drills designed to build and hone self-control and self-discipline. We will help build your personal knowledge in the Martial Arts and how to maintain your personal health and fitness.
Jeff Speakman’s Kenpo Karate offers street smart mixed martial arts system that incorporates the best of Kenpo karate, kickboxing, and ground defense (submission grappling). Each of these martial arts are blended in a comprehensive self-defense system designed to instill a confident mindset in virtually any self-defense situation.
Our workouts burn calories, relieve tension and stress, promote a sense of calm confidence and build energy. As adults, we need to reduce our stress factor daily. Our adult students look forward to letting go of their stress and enjoying a high-energy, positively focused workout led each day by a professional instructor.
